Return Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For returns; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5-Year Guarantee
We offer a 5-year guarantee covering factory faults or manufacturing defects.
This guarantee applies only when the product has been used under normal conditions. To process a claim, we may ask for clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Once its processed, we'll ship a brand new replacement for a small shipping & processing fee.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged during shipping (largely affects the use of the item), simply email us with a picture and we’ll send you a replacement right away. Replacement orders are not eligible.
For minor issues such as zippers, drawstrings, or similar small components, we offer a small store credit to resolve it quickly.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost orders placed with incorrect shipping details (address, phone number, email).
Orders that are refused, not picked up, or returned to sender must be returned to the warehouse specified in our return form.
Exchanges
We offer a flexible exchange option. If your order doesn’t fit, we can arrange a replacement set for only a small shipping fee—without requiring you to send the original item back. This way, you can still pass it on or gift it.
Please note that once the exchange option is selected, the original order becomes non-returnable, as we’re unable to process a refund for items kept under this exchange program. Once the replacement/exchange is issued, both the original order and replacement is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
Returns & Refunds
Return shipments are the customer’s own responsibility and must be sent to one of our warehouses. Once your return arrives and passes inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item. There is no restocking fee.
Do not return the items without contacting us first. Our team will send the correct return address to you. Items returned to different addresses cannot be refunded.
If a return is not possible, we also offer partial refunds or store credit as an alternative. In such cases, you’re welcome to keep the item or gift it—or even sell it privately. As part of our commitment to giving back, 10% of all partial refunds are donated to veteran support programs.
