How do I track my order?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 days, and shipping takes 6–11 business days on average (excluding weekends).
NOTE:
Due to the current seasonal volume, some shipments may take a bit longer than usual to arrive. We really appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period.
My package hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
Your Order is Still on the Way.
We know waiting for a package can be frustrating, but there is absolutely no need to worry. In 99% of cases, a delayed package isn't lost, it is simply still in transit.
Here is exactly how our shipping works:
- The Timeline: Standard delivery takes 7 to 13 working days.
- The Math: "Working days" means Monday through Friday. Weekends do not count.
When should you contact us?
If your order has gone past a 20 working-day window, reach out to us. We will personally track it down and step in immediately to fix it.

Can I exchange my order for a different size?
Yes, reach out to us and we’ll help with an exchange.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply contact our support team with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.
Why does the size label on my item look different from the size I ordered?
Some of our items use EU labels, while our website automatically adjusts to US, CA, AU, and UK sizing. (depending on your location)
The measurements are exactly the same — only the printed label differs.
So, for example:
Ordered: US L → Label may show XL or 2XL
This is completely normal and does not mean you received the wrong size.
The actual fit matches the size chart on our website, even if the physical label shows a different size
