How long does shipping take

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 4-8 business days within Canada, the U.S.

NOTE: Due to the recent sale, orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Current shipping times are 5-14 business days.

Where is my order

Due to high demand from our recent sale, please allow extra time for your order to arrive. While most orders are shipped promptly, delivery can sometimes take a bit longer.

How does the sizing work?

At Lazarel, our sizing labels run smaller than standard sizes. For instance, our M label corresponds to a US/International S size. This is due to our unique material composition, which is designed to provide both comfort and durability across various climates.

All items are shipped based on the size chart provided in the product description.

What is the situation around the strike at Canada Post for Canadian orders?

For Canadian orders, some shipments are still being processed through Canada Post due to limited alternative delivery options in certain regions. In other areas, we are rerouting orders through different carriers to minimize delays.
