New Orders: It typically takes 1–3 days for a tracking number to become active in the system.
In Transit: If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry—it is still processing through transit hubs normally.
Our average delivery window is 6–10 business days. While most orders arrive on time, minor logistics delays can occasionally happen. Rest assured, your package is on its way!
Local "last-mile" carriers such as USPS often don't show updates until the package is physically scanned into your local regional warehouse. This can take a few days after the package enters your region. Please check back in 48 hours.
Business days are Monday through Friday. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
To give our logistics partners enough time to handle your delivery, please only contact us if your order has not arrived after 20 business days. If it's been longer than that, reach out and we’ll jump on it immediately.
Don't worry! This usually means your package is in transit between major hubs. It doesn't mean it’s lost; it just hasn't reached the next physical scanning point yet. Updates will resume once it reaches the next facility.
